Polyester yarn

Polyester industrial yarn is irreplaceable in different branches of engineering. As reinforcing component it is significantly excel polyamide and viscose yarn in mechanical rubber goods production. This was also caused by solution of long-term polyester yarn adhesion to rubber problem.

Polyester industrial yarn is beyond comparison as a material for filtering cloth, paper-making nets, ropes and other high load bearing goods, electrical insulation, reinforced sewing threads and etc.

Polyester complex high tenacity adhesion yarn (HT-AA) is defined by high resistance to tensile deformation, characterized by elastic modulus, which is twice higher than polyamide yarn. It leads to frequent use of this yarn for industrial fabric production and reinforcing structure in composite materials.

Of particular interest in rubber and tire industry is industrial adhesive yarn (with linear density 111-944 tex) used for V-belts, conveyor belts and fire hose production.

Multifilament intermingled yarn is used for stiching of soft packing seams, tape for straps production, ropes, carpet warp, net-making products and etc.

PACKING:

The yarn is produced with running end min. 1 m. Tube length, mm - 300,0 Inner tube diameter, mm - 110,0 Each bobbin is wrapped up with polymeric foil. Bobbins are put onto a pallet with forming block-package using interlayers while palletizing. A cover is put on the top of block-package. Block-package is strapped and stretch-foiled.
