Polyamide cord fabrics

Кордные ткани 1.jpgImpregnated cord fabric is produced on basis of the stabilized twisted yarn with characteristics for a special brand of cord fabric. Weft is made from cotton yarn or two-component yarn with high elongation for further impregnation and heat treatment.

Impregnated polyamide cord fabric is applied as a multilayered frame in pneumatic tires, characterized by the high tenacity, resistance to action of repeated bending deformations, high moisture resistance and small weight. Because of these characteristics tire life increases, the consumption of elastic gum and cord is cut by production of tires.
